Your First Visit
What to Expect
Coming to a new doctor can feel like a lot. Here's what a first visit with the practice looks like, so you know exactly what to expect.
A conversation first
Your visit starts with listening. Dr. Martin or Dr. Japal-Isaacs will talk through your history and what brought you in before any examination — you set the pace.
What to bring
A valid ID, a list of any medicines you currently take, and any recent test results or records if you have them. If you don’t, don’t worry — we’ll start together.
Plan a little extra time
First visits usually run a bit longer than follow-ups so we can get to know you properly. There’s no rush and no wrong questions.
Finding us
We’re on the upper floor above Hankey’s on Grenville Street. Look for the “To Doctor” sign at the entrance and take the stairs up.
